Mark Jourdan was born with a mouse in his right hand and keyboard in his left. He has been dissecting electronics and computers since he was a kid -- always "upgrading" them, of course. One of his most successful upgrades was turning a 5-speed blender to a 10-speed -- his parents didn't know what to do with him.
Mark began his love for coding in the eighth grade when he received his first C++ compiler. As all the other kids were being gifted games, toys and bikes, Mark received a compiler for his code. He couldn't open it fast enough to write that first program and hasn't stopped writing code ever since that young age.
In 2004, Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from DePaul University. He then continued his education to receive a Master of Science in Management Information Systems in 2008. Working both for himself as a freelancer and advancing his career as a professional, Mark has over 10 years of experience in the field of computer science. He is never shy of taking on new challenges and is always eager to learn the latest in the world of technology.
